Crafted from sugarcane jaggery, fermented for seven days, double distilled in our copper pot still, and matured for five summers (4.5 years) in American oak ex-bourbon barrels at our Auckland distillery, Maiden Voyage is a distinctly New Zealand expression of premium rum. Our subtropical climate has shaped a spirit with notes of ripe banana, toasted coconut, hints of passion-fruit, and a smooth honeyed finish.
